We deliver our large bell tents and setup for your private event and come take it away when all is said and done.

We offer mobile outdoor accommodations using heavy duty weather resistant Bell Tents for the ultimate outdoor experience!
Each of our tents accommodate 2 to 4 adults
You have the option to reserve 1 queen size memory foam bed with frame OR 4 single memory foam beds with frame

Hi!
My name is Ashley
I am the face behind The Boho Nest!
I am local to the Peterborough & Kawartha Lakes area. My family and I love to spend our days exploring our beautiful 25 acres in Norwood Ont. I am a mama to two little wild ones. With a passion for outdoors and creative design I combined my personal experiences and out of the box thinking to establish this mobile glamping business!

Our Tents
Our bell tent rentals are made of heavy duty weather resistant 900D Oxford Cloth. Four large rectangular windows with mesh screens.
Dimensions:
Base width- 16ft
Side wall height- 2.5 ft with a gradual incline to 5ft.
The centre peak is 9.5 ft

Please contact us for locations outside of our service area and flat rate travel fees.
Cancellation & Damages Policy
We understand life sometimes throws a curve ball or plans change. We offer a full refund 72 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your reservation are subject to a cancellation fee outlined in our contract.
In the event damages occur, the credit card associated with the reservation will be charged fair market value for damaged items.
Credit Card information is securely stored through a 3rd party system encrypted from end to end and held for up to 72 hours after your reservation is complete.

Requirements
We require an area of at least 300 sqft (18ft x 18ft)
to comfortably install your bell tent.
The area must be relatively flat and not be within 15 feet of any fire pit or propane stove/bbq.
Accessibility to your location by vehicle must be considered.
Accountability
You accept full responsibility for the cleanliness and proper care of the tent rental and contents upon delivery and for the duration of your reservation. The Boho Nest is not liable for any injury or bodily harm caused during your reservation.
Event Liability Insurance will be included in the purchase price of your rental.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard and E-transfer online or cash & debit in person. Please note special requirements for damage deposits for customers not paying with a major credit card.
